A business, no matter how big or small, won’t be successful without its employees. Employees make businesses function, which is why it’s only important to recognize their hard work.
This is one of the many things that Moneymax’s highlights over the years. We are grateful for our employees who helped us grow and succeed in the past five years. One of them is our Sales Manager, Warlough Madali. Also known as “Sir War” in the office, Warlough has been with Moneymax ever since it was established in the Philippines. From starting with a team of 10 to now a team of 100, Warlough stood by Moneymax, helping the company improve its services on the car insurance side.
In this short yet sweet interview, know more about Warlough’s beginnings and successes not only as a Sales Manager but also as an entrepreneur.
I was currently employed when I received a call from Moneymax. I was asked to join the sales team which they were still trying to build that time.
I was part of most achievements of the company. From building the website, expanding teams, adding systems, and many other firsts. First customers and first radio and newspaper appearances, among many others.
The best thing about working with Moneymax is that I am able to achieve a work-life balance what with my job as a Sales Manager and as the owner of Citrus Zone (Venice Grand Canal branch).

Working in a start up company like Moneymax opened me to trials and errors. These honed my skills to explore countless ideas and succeed countless times. Personally, Moneymax helped me get my first car, my first condominium, and open my first business.
