Need cash for an emergency? With Security Bank Ready Cash, you can convert your available credit card limit to cash and pay in fixed monthly installments. It’s a quick option if you need a small and short-term loan. 

To use this online cash advance facility, your available credit limit should be sufficient to cover the Ready Cash amount, which should be at least ₱10,000.

  1. Fill out the Security Bank Ready Cash application form online[1] and provide the following information: 
    • The last four digits of your Security Bank credit card
    • Credit expiry date 
    • Mobile number
    • Date of birth 
    • Email address 
    • Desired Ready Cash amount 
    • Bank name and bank account number 
    • Preferred Ready Cash term
  2. Tick the boxes for the Data Privacy Notice, Terms and Conditions, and waiver for personalized rates. 
  3. Click the Apply Now button. 

Ready Cash processing time usually takes around five to seven days. To follow up on your Ready Cash application status, call the 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8887-9188.

💸 ChargeLight

If you plan to make a big purchase, you can do so with your Security Bank credit card and convert it to a ChargeLight installment plan. 

What is ChargeLight by Security Bank, you ask? It’s a credit card installment facility that allows you to convert single-receipt transactions of at least ₱5,000 into an installment plan. 

How to Avail of Security Bank ChargeLight

Want to know how to use Security Bank ChargeLight? First, you must be the principal cardholder of an account in good standing. 

Moreover, only unbilled (not yet reflected on your latest Statement of Account) single-receipt transactions of at least ₱5,000 can be converted to ChargeLight. This means Security Bank must receive your application before it’s reflected in your Statement of Account. You should also apply not more than 60 days from the transaction date. 

Also, the ChargeLight amount should not exceed your available credit limit. 

Here's how to apply for Security Bank ChargeLight:

  1. Fill out the ChargeLight application form online[2] and provide the following information: 
    • Full name of cardholder
    • The first six digits and the last four digits of your Security Bank credit card
    • Credit expiry date 
    • Mobile number
    • Date of birth 
    • Email address 
    • Non-Security Bank credit card details (bank, card number, 
    • Transaction date 
    • Merchant
    • Amount 
  2. Select your preferred ChargeLight term. 
  3. Tick the boxes for the Data Privacy Notice, Terms and Conditions, and waiver for personalized rates. 
  4. Click the Apply Now button. 

💸 Balance Transfer

Security Bank’s balance transfer facility allows you to transfer your other credit card balances to your Security Bank credit card and pay in monthly installments. 

To be eligible for a balance transfer, you must be in good credit standing with Security Bank and other banks or credit card companies. 

The total balance transfer amount should be at least ₱5,000 and not more than the available credit limit or the total amount due on the other bank’s credit card. 

All Security Bank credit card balance transfer applications will be subject to verification and approval. 

How to Avail of Balance Transfer 

  1. Fill out the balance transfer application form online[3] and provide the following information: 
    • Full name of cardholder
    • The first six digits and the last four digits of your Security Bank credit card
    • Credit expiry date 
    • Mobile number
    • Date of birth 
    • Email address 
    • Non-Security Bank credit card details (bank and card number) 
    • Balance transfer amount 
    • Non-Security Bank credit card expiry date

  2. Attach a copy of your credit card statement of account. 
  3. Tick the boxes for the Data Privacy Notice, Terms and Conditions, and waiver for personalized rates.
