  1. Coffee Scrub

Want to remove the dreaded cellulite? Then this coffee scrub is perfect for you! You just need ¼ cup ground coffee (fresh, or leftovers from  your coffee filter works), ¼ cup sea salt, ¼ cup brown sugar, and ¼ cup olive oil. Thoroughly mix the coffee, salt, and sugar first, and then slowly add the olive oil. Stir until you get a mixture that looks like soil. To use, scrub some of the mixture on your skin, or wherever the cellulite appears, after your shower. Scrubbing in a circular motion will help distribute the mixture best. Do this twice a week, and your skin will tighten, exfoliate, and lose that orange peel look!

  1. Home Remedy for Dandruff

Need to fix that flaky scalp? No worries! All you need is aloe vera. Just cut off one “leaf” from the plant. This leaf will secrete a gel-like substance that you rub on your scalp before washing your hair. Once you’ve rubbed all the gel out of the aloe vera, leave it on for fifteen minutes, and then rinse your hair with mild shampoo. Do this every few days, and your scalp will be healed and soothed, and will no longer trouble you with dandruff!

This strawberry skin scrub will help give you a better complexion, keep your skin clear, and rejuvenate your dry or oily skin! Use three medium to large-sized strawberries, remove the stem, and mash them together in a bowl. Add one tablespoon of honey and mix thoroughly in your mashed berries. Once evenly distributed, slowly massage the berry and honey mix on your face, rubbing in circles to help distribute the mix evenly. Keep rubbing for at least three minutes, then wash off with warm water.

Hate blackheads and whiteheads and pimples? Clear up your pores by mixing one tablespoon of milk with one tablespoon of unflavored gelatin powder. Once mixed thoroughly, place in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, so that the mixture will melt slightly. Before it hardens, use a popsicle stick or an old make-up brush to apply over your nose area, or you even all over your face like a mask–just avoid the eye areas! Leave the mixture on your face to dry completely before gently peeling it off. Voila! Goodbye, blackheads!

All you need is an egg and a tablespoon of honey! In a bowl, mix the egg white and honey really well. Then, tie back your hair and massage the mixture gently on your face. Remember to avoid getting the mixture in your eyes! Leave the mixture on until it begins to dry and tighten, and then rinse it off with warm water. This mixture helps cleanse your pores and remove excess oils, as well as improve your skin tone.

Here’s a simple scrub for smoother legs! Mix one cup sea salt with ½ cup olive oil. If you want, you can also add a tablespoon of grated ginger, which can help remove blemishes or scars. Once thoroughly mixed, rub the mixture on your legs. Leave it on for a few minutes, then wash away with warm water. Keep doing this every other day, and you’ll have silky smooth legs in no time.

You can use instant oats, or finely ground fresh oats for this one, and it’s pretty easy! Just mix two tablespoon of oats, one tablespoon of yogurt (make sure to use the plain ones!), and ½ teaspoon of honey. Massage the mixture over your face and leave it on for two minutes before washing it off with warm water. The oats and yogurt help with sensitive and oily skin, and it gives your skin a healthier glow!

Try this amazing scrub for your hands–this simple scrub can make your hands feel soft, and smelling fresh! All you need is one 1-2 lemons, 3 cups of sugar, and ½ cup olive oil. First, mix the sugar and olive oil–make sure that the olive oil doesn’t make your sugar too runny, or you might need to add more sugar. Next, use one lemon and squeeze its juice in the mix, and then the zest of two lemons into the mix. If the mixture is too wet or runny, add more sugar and zest. Once it’s gotten the right consistency, you can use the scrub for your hands or feet! It’s a quick spa treatment that you can enjoy at home with items that you can get cheap from the grocery!

  1. Baking Soda Exfoliation

With three simple and cheap ingredients, you can exfoliate your skin without having to buy expensive cleansers and moisturizers! Just mix 4 teaspoons of baking soda and mix it with one tablespoon of water to make a thin paste. Massage it on your face using circular motions and leave it on for a few minutes, then wash off with warm water. For those with dry or sensitive skin, use this exfoliation method once every few weeks. For all other skin types, you can use this method every week.
