Access Period
Access period is the term, or amount of time, you have to use (or access) your approved home equity line of credit.
Amortization is the paying off of debt with a fixed repayment schedule in regular instalments over a period of time. The payments are calculated so that the debt is paid off at the end of a fixed period.
Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
The APR is the cost of credit, including costs and fees, expressed as a yearly percentage rate.
