Your credit card is a reliable spending tool. But that doesn’t mean it will work 100% of the time. You will encounter issues along the way, from your card not working to it getting stolen. That’s why banks have dedicated phone hotlines that cardholders can call for such concerns.
If you’re a BPI credit cardholder, you may wonder about your bank’s phone numbers and other customer channels. Read on to know the BPI credit card hotlines.
Why It’s Important to Know BPI’s Telephone Number
You may not realize it, but knowing the BPI credit card customer service number will help you deal with a lot of issues. Here are three reasons you need to put it on speed dial:
- For credit card-related inquiries – You can call up BPI if you spot some inconsistencies in your credit card statement. You can also ask them about the mechanics of certain promos.[1]
- For credit card-related emergencies – Is your credit card missing or stolen? Call BPI to have your credit card locked, so the finder won’t be able to use it.
- To protect yourself from scammers – If you receive suspicious messages related to your credit card, such as too-good-to-be-true promos or an increase in credit limit, you can call the BPI credit card contact numbers for verification.

I Want to Visit the Bank Personally. What are the Operating Hours?
If you want to personally lodge your credit card concerns, note that all regular BPI branches are open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, the schedule may change without prior notice.
Tips for a Safer and More Convenient Phone Transaction
Keep the following in mind before you dial that BPI credit card hotline:
- Only call the right number. You can find these numbers on the Contact Us page of the official BPI website. In fact, we recommend that you check the said website if you’re not so sure about what’s printed on this article.
- Ready your credit card details for a quicker call.
- If you’re calling via your smartphone, make sure that you have enough load, so your call won’t be cut short.
- Be wary of calls from supposed BPI representatives. One tell-tale sign that a scammer is calling you is that they will ask for your one-time PIN, online banking password, and other confidential information. BPI doesn’t ask for such information.
