The all-in-one promotional plan-SuperSurf for BlackBerry Max (BB MAX) has been around for quite a long time already, and will soon end on August 31, 2013. Let us have a look on how to register for BB MAX.
The Globe PostPaid subscribers with the following data add-on plans are excluded from using the BB MAX services:
You can only avail of the BB MAX services after terminating these data add-on plans. (Please be aware of the lock-in period and the fees that may be applied on the early termination of your current add-on plans.)
To register, just type the relevant keywords (please make sure that all of them are uppercase letters) and send to 8888. However, please make sure that you have at least P1 maintaining balance to enjoy your BB MAX services.

BB Max services are automatically terminated upon the expiry date (which depends on the service duration) for both Globe Prepaid and PostPaid subscribers, thus they have to manually renew their BB MAX subscriptions.
However, there is an exception- Globe PostPaid subscribers who register for the 30 days BB Max services have to terminate the add-on manually as the BB MAX services will be renewed automatically every 30 days.
The following are the steps to terminate the BB MAX services:

If you wish to temporarily terminate the service of BB MAX, you will have to unsubscribe this service. However, in the event that you have registered for the 5 or 30 days BB MAX services, you still have to pay the full subscription fees even if you do not finish the 5 or 30 days subscription.

However, the number of hours, volume of data you have consumed and the details of your browsing sessions will not be shown in the bills.
In the event of losing or damage of the SIM card, you don’t need to worry about your BB MAX services. After you have been issued a new SIM card, the BB MAX plan will still be retained.
However, if you are going abroad, it is advisable to terminate your BB MAX plan as you will be charged with the international roaming rates instead of the original fixed price of the BB MAX plans.
