The person applying is your authorized representative and needs one valid government-issued ID.
The following documents are needed:
- Valid government ID of your representative
- Proof of billing for the installation address
- Business or Mayor's Permit
- BIR Certificate of Registration
Partnerships and corporations will also need to upload their SEC Registration and a Corporate Secretary's Certificate. You can upload photos or PDFs.
Coverage depends on fiber availability at your installation address. Converge will confirm availability after you submit your application.
No. Moneymax helps you start your application. All payments and service fees are handled directly by Converge.
For MicroBIZ Max you pay a one-month advance of ₱2,499 plus the installation fee: ₱4,999 upfront if you pay the installation one-time, or PHP 2,499 upfront with ₱125 added to your monthly bill for 24 months
Your welcome gift will be sent after Converge confirms that your line has been installed and activated.
Yes. Your progress can be saved, allowing you to return and complete your application later.
Your application will be sent to Converge's SME team, who will review it and contact you to schedule installation. Ensure that you have your application reference ready should they call.
