Both Filipinos and foreigners residing in the Philippines can apply for any Bank of Commerce credit card as long as they fit the following criteria:
- Must be at least 21 to 65 years old
- Must be a Filipino or a foreigner with local residence
- Must have a minimum annual income of ₱120,000
- Must have an active residence landline or postpaid mobile phone and an office landline
