They may not be as well-known as the brick-and-mortar supermarket giants, but online grocery stores have been around for a while. Suddenly, Filipinos have realized their value now that the entire Luzon and several provinces and cities in the country are under enhanced community quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
So that you don’t risk spreading or getting infected with the coronavirus, just stay at home and order your needed food and supplies from online grocery shops with delivery service. Dont worry—grocery and food deliveries are safe during a coronavirus outbreak, according to health experts.
Here’s a list of online stores that sell groceries, meat and seafood products, and fresh fruits and vegetables during—and despite—the lockdown.

Bayan Mall is an online grocery shopping site created for OFWs who buy food and other essential items for their families in the Philippines.
If you’re worried about your family stuck at home without an internet connection, you can have groceries delivered to them even while you’re abroad. Your loved ones will receive the package within three to five working days (Mondays to Saturdays) from the date of payment confirmation.
The minimum purchase per order is PHP 2,500. You’ll have to pay a minimum order fee of PHP 2,500 if the total amount doesn’t reach the minimum order.
Karton.ph promotes itself as an “online bazaar.” Indeed, this e-commerce platform is the place to buy a wide range of Filipino-made products, from food, beverage, and household essentials to fashion, beauty, and wellness products.
Unlike other online grocery shops, Karton.ph doesn’t require creating an account. People can shop as a guest. A fixed delivery fee of PHP 250 is charged per order with no minimum or maximum weight or purchase. Products, however, should fit in a motobike.

Philgrocer is an online grocery delivery service that lets overseas Filipinos send groceries to their families back home. It delivers to almost anywhere in the Philippines through its own delivery team and external partners like LBC, FedEx, and DHL.
For orders in Metro Manila, the delivery fee is USD 9.99. Groceries can be delivered seven days a week.
For orders outside of Metro Manila, the delivery charge is USD 9.99 for up to 5-kg total weight or USD 9.95 for each order that exceeds 5 kg. Deliveries arrive on Mondays to Saturdays.
S&R members who can’t go out to visit an S&R store can instead buy groceries and exclusive products online through the Lazada website.
This online grocery store has an array of organic, household, baby care, personal care, food, and beverage products. The Green Grocer accepts orders inside and outside of Metro Manila. If you’re in the province, you can receive your order after four to seven working days via LBC or JRS Express.
WalterMart is one of the major supermarket chains in the Philippines. It’s also the only one that currently offers an online grocery delivery service to areas near WalterMart store locations.
Product selections are similar to WalterMart’s brick-and-mortar stores, including personal care, bakery, babycare, and even meat and seafood. There’s a minimum purchase requirement of Php 2,000 for delivery orders and a fixed delivery fee of PHP 99.
Mister Delicious serves the needs of busy people with its ready-to-eat meals such as tapa, tocino, sisig, and tinola. It also offers handcrafted cured and smoked meats. All products can be ordered online and delivered to the customer’s home.
Pacific Bay sells a wide array of fresh meat and seafood sourced from certified farms and plants worldwide. Customers can place their order online and have it delivered to their home.
Delivery is free for orders above PHP 2,000. For purchases below that amount, a shipping fee of PHP 200 is charged.
Rare Food Shop is an online meat store with a wide range of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood items from the largest suppliers in the Philippines. The online shop supplies meats to various hotels and restaurants, but it also accepts orders from individual consumers without requiring a minimum order.
For fresh seafood, you can buy online from Wild Caught PH and receive your order at your doorstep. This online seafood supplier offers wild-caught (not farmed) products. It doesn’t have an online store, but you can place your order by filling out an online form. After submitting your order, you’ll receive a text confirmation within 24 to 48 hours.
Need your fresh supply of fruits? You can order imported fruits from Always Fresh PH. The online store doesn’t entertain cash-on-delivery orders. But if you can pay only in cash, you can book Grab or Lalamove to pick up your order from Always Fresh and deliver it to your home.
BukidFresh is an online farmers market, connecting Filipino farmers with consumers by selling fresh harvest and delivering them to the customers’ homes.
