5 Lessons We Learned in 5 Years

Moneymax is five years old and we’ve changed, definitely not for the worse, but for the better. In the past five years we’ve served more than 12 million Filipinos, helping people like you lead a healthier financial life. It wasn’t that easy, though. We made mistakes, faced challenges, and learned how to deal with them to grow and improve our services.

As we celebrate our anniversary, we spoke to five Moneymax employees–all from different departments–and asked them about the greatest Moneymax lesson they’ve picked up in the past years. See them below and learn a thing or two from our insights.

"Prioritize the consumers above anything else."

Anz, who has been with Moneymax for more than four years works with our clients every day. He shares that “Hearing clients say ‘Thank you for your help!’ is more than the recognition or the title that you will get inside or outside of the company.” We agree.

Tara, the lady behind our punny and engaging social media posts, shares that in five years she learned that “You push yourself in unfamiliar places to do things that you wouldn’t normally do. Whether they turn out to be a successful project or not, there would always be another eureka moment and it would always be a fun and insightful experience.”

He shares that “Before Moneymax, the insurance industry was selling a piece of paper but now it has evolved because of the trend we introduced in the market. We now issue electronic policies or e-policies.” which is one the first in the industry.
