Currently, Gadget Protect doesn’t include theft coverage.
Your gadget protection cost will depend on the price range of your device. It starts at PHP 389 and can go up to PHP 9,000. It also comes with a corresponding service fee starting at PHP 150. Please refer to the Gadget Protect price table for the complete cost.
Gadget Protect covers devices from popular brands including Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, and Xiaomi. All types of smartphones are eligible, from low-end to high-end smartphones. Unfortunately, legacy smartphones are not covered.
No. Your device must be in good working condition upon purchasing Gadget Protect. bolttech will also refuse to cover devices with noticeable damages like cracks and dents.
The coverage will take effect 30 days from the policy purchase date. This is to avoid fraudulent claims just days after buying the policy.
bolttech will provide a new replacement unit of the same model.
For Metro Manila residents, expect your serviced or replacement phone to be delivered within 7 days. For outside the metro, it will take at least 15 days.
Need to file a Gadget Protect repair request? Just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Proceed to bolttech’s customer portal and fill out the form.
Step 2: Upload your contract and a scanned copy of your device’s official receipt before submitting your details.
Step 3: After submitting your request, bolttech will pick up your device and send it to an accredited repair shop for further assessment.
Step 4: The technician will fix the damage based on your broken device’s diagnosis. If the device cannot be repaired, bolttech will order a new replacement unit for you.
Step 5: bolttech will deliver the repaired/new device to you within seven days.
